Part-time Study

Beside the regular full-time participation in the Basic and Main Programs of the International Music College Freiburg, it is possible to take part only in selected subjects as a part-time student.

This can be an interesting possibility for applicants who want to study further in only a few specific subject areas.

In order to be admitted as a part-time student, one must qualify for each corresponding course. This can be by means of the audition, or also other tests or verifications that are accepted by the school directors.

There are also grades given for attended part-time courses, but these are not recognized by the state. The fees for more than one part-time course are calculated individually, not as a lump sum. A current price list can be obtained in the school office.
